What services does Netwec offer?

Netwec offers shared web hosting, WordPress hosting, cloud hosting, reseller hosting, VPS and dedicated servers, as well as domain registration, transfer and renewal. All hosting plans run on NVMe SSD storage and include a free SSL certificate, unmetered traffic and 24/7 technical support.

Netwec is a Web Danışmanı company.
Hosting plans are activated as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually the same day, and your login details are sent by e-mail. If you paid by bank transfer, submitting a Payment Notification from the client area speeds up confirmation.

VPS and dedicated servers are provisioned within a few hours to 1-2 business days, depending on the operating system you choose. Domain registrations are processed immediately after payment confirmation; DNS propagation can take 24-48 hours.
Yes. Website migration is free on all hosting plans. Once your service is active, open a ticket with the Technical Support department and share the control panel (cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin etc.) or FTP details of your previous host; we move your files, databases and e-mail to your account in the Netwec Control Panel. Migration is usually completed within 24 hours and your old site stays online until the DNS is switched.
The fastest way is to open a ticket from the Support section of the client area. Tickets are routed to the Technical Support, Sales or Billing department and the full conversation history is kept in your account.

You can also reach us on our WhatsApp support line +90 850 840 6612 or at info@netwec.com. Technical support is available 24/7.
Sign in on netwec.com to open the client area. There you can view your services and jump to the control panel with one click, upgrade plans, edit the nameservers and DNS records of your domains, view and print invoices, open support tickets and update your profile details.
Yes. In the client area, open Services > the relevant service and use the plan change option to move to a higher plan. The price difference is prorated for your remaining term and issued as an invoice; once it is paid, your new resources are applied.

Your data and settings are preserved and your website stays online.

Hosting

Shared hosting is the most economical option for personal sites and small businesses; server resources are shared between several accounts and each plan hosts one website. WordPress hosting runs on the same infrastructure with WordPress pre-installed and is optimised for WordPress with Nginx page caching, security hardening and automatic updates. Cloud hosting runs on low-density servers with fewer accounts and offers higher performance and stability with a dedicated PHP-FPM profile per plan, more PHP memory and Cloudflare CDN/WAF integration. All plans include the Netwec Control Panel, free SSL and daily backups.
All hosting plans use the Netwec Control Panel, based on HestiaCP. Domain and DNS management, e-mail accounts, MySQL databases, file manager, FTP, free SSL, PHP version selection, backups and one-click app installation (WordPress, Joomla, Laravel etc.) are handled from a single clean screen. You can log in to the panel with one click from the service page in your customer area.
Yes. Every hosting plan includes a free Let's Encrypt SSL certificate for your domains and subdomains. The certificate is installed automatically once your domain points to our server and renews automatically before it expires.

The steps for forcing your whole site to load over HTTPS are explained in the SSL article in our Knowledge Base.
Yes. All hosting plans are backed up automatically every day: Starter keeps backups for 7 days, Standard and higher plans for 30 days; on Cloud plans you can also take an on-demand backup from the panel at any time. You can download or restore your backups from the Backups section of the Netwec Control Panel. We still recommend taking your own backup before major changes.
No. None of our hosting, VPS or dedicated server plans has a monthly traffic quota. Shared hosting is subject to a fair-use policy: if an account continuously consumes resources at a level that affects other customers on the server, we will contact you and suggest a more suitable plan.
All Shared Hosting plans are designed for a single website (domain); the plans differ in disk space, number of e-mail accounts, number of databases and PHP resources. If you want to host several sites in one account, choose WordPress Hosting (3, 10 or unlimited sites) or Cloud Hosting (5, 20 or unlimited sites). Subdomains are free on every plan.
With shared hosting, server management is entirely our responsibility; you only manage your site through the Netwec Control Panel. With a VPS you get dedicated CPU, RAM and NVMe disk resources together with full root access; operating system and software management is up to you, and managed service is available on request. VPS and dedicated server plans are currently out of stock; contact us about your requirements.
Dedicated servers are usually delivered within 1-3 business days, depending on stock. There is a small one-time setup fee; it is added to the price during checkout and is non-refundable.

Every server comes with IPMI/KVM access, the operating system of your choice and 5 IPv4 addresses.
Yes. Each hosting account runs in its own PHP-FPM pool: the plan's RAM is the total memory reserved for your account's PHP processes, which neighbouring accounts cannot use (the per-request limit is shown in the plan tooltip; static files such as images and CSS served directly by Nginx do not consume it). "Concurrent PHP workers" is the number of visitor requests processed at the same time (PHP-FPM pm.max_children); it is a sustained limit, not a temporary burst value. If you hit the limits, visitors queue briefly and the site does not crash; if they are permanently insufficient, you can upgrade instantly by paying the difference.
Redis object caching is currently not included in our plans. The page cache of the LiteSpeed Cache plugin only works on LiteSpeed servers; as our infrastructure is Nginx-based, you can instead use the Nginx page cache tuned for WordPress and WooCommerce, which you can enable in the control panel. It does not cache logged-in users, the admin area, cart or checkout pages, and after updating content you can clear it with one click in the panel. Caching plugins such as WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache or Cache Enabler also work without issues.
All our hosting plans are hosted in our data centre in Germany, one of Europe's strongest network hubs, GDPR compliant. Latency from Türkiye is about 40–60 ms and Cloudflare CDN serves static content from the point closest to the visitor, so there is no noticeable speed difference. Plans located in Türkiye are currently out of stock; if you have a special requirement, contact us.
No, there is no noticeable slowdown. Round-trip latency from Türkiye's major cities to our data centre in Germany is about 40–60 ms versus 10–25 ms to a server in the same city; that 30 ms difference is only 1–3% of a 1–3 second page load. What really determines load time is server response time (TTFB), caching and page design: thanks to NVMe disks, reserved resources and Nginx caching, TTFB on our plans is usually below 200 ms. With the free Cloudflare integration, images and static files are served from edge nodes in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir, so the difference effectively disappears. See our blog post for detailed measurements: https://netwec.com/blog/almanya-lokasyonlu-hosting-ile-turkiye-lokasyonu-arasinda-fark-var-mi
No. Google treats server location as a weak, secondary signal when determining which country a site targets; the real factors are the domain extension (e.g. .com.tr), the content language and hreflang tags, the international targeting setting in Search Console and the links pointing to your site. The speed metrics that influence ranking (Core Web Vitals) are measured in the visitor's browser and depend on server quality, caching and page design; with CDNs and cloud infrastructure widespread, Google has stated clearly that server location is not decisive for geo-targeting. A Turkish-language site does not lose rankings because it is hosted in Germany.
No. Germany falls under the GDPR, one of the strictest data-protection regimes in the world, and its data centres are audited to high standards for physical security, access logging and redundancy. KVKK permits hosting personal data on servers abroad; as a business you simply state in your privacy notice that data is stored in a data centre in Germany and follow the procedure KVKK prescribes for international transfers; thousands of companies in Türkiye run their e-mail, CRM and web infrastructure on EU clouds the same way. If you serve customers in Europe, hosting inside the EU is an additional advantage under the GDPR. This is general information; consult your legal adviser for sector-specific obligations.
Only in special cases: sectors where regulations require data to stay within Türkiye (e.g. banking and payment systems, some public-sector projects, certain healthcare applications), online game servers and financial trading platforms where milliseconds have commercial value, or internal systems accessed only from Türkiye that transfer large files intensively. Corporate sites, blogs, landing pages and e-commerce shops do not fall into these categories. Our plans located in Türkiye are currently out of stock; if you have one of these special requirements, contact us and we will advise you.

Domain

You can currently register the international extensions .com, .net, .org, .info, .co, .io, .xyz, .online, .site and .store as well as the Turkish extensions .com.tr, .net.tr, .org.tr and .tr. Domains can be registered for 1 to 10 years.

See our Domains page for current prices and promotional extensions.
On the Domains page, select the Transfer option in the search box, enter your domain and add it to the cart. Ask your current registrar to unlock the domain and give you the EPP (authorisation) code; Turkish extensions such as .com.tr do not use an EPP code and are handled under TRABİS rules instead.

The transfer fee includes a 1-year extension added to your current expiry date. Transfers usually complete within 5-7 days after the confirmation e-mail. Domains registered or transferred within the last 60 days cannot be transferred.
No. Since the switch to the TRABİS system, .com.tr, .net.tr, .org.tr and .tr domains are registered on a first-come, first-served basis without any documents.

The name or company title, address and Turkish ID or tax number you provide during registration must be accurate; missing or incorrect details can lead to the domain being suspended.
The registration is sent to the registry immediately after payment confirmation and the domain is registered in your name within a few minutes.

For the domain to be reachable from everywhere on the internet, its nameserver information has to propagate worldwide; this usually takes a few hours and at most 24-48 hours.
In the client area, open Domains > the relevant domain and edit the Nameservers section. The nameservers of your hosting service are shown on the service detail page and in your welcome e-mail. The change propagates within a few hours.

If your domain is registered with another company, make the same change in that company's panel.
In the client area, open Domains > the relevant domain and request the code from the EPP Code section; it is shown on screen or sent to your e-mail address. Simply pass this code on to your new registrar.

For Turkish extensions (.com.tr etc.) the transfer is handled under TRABİS rules; contact our support team for the required steps.
We send reminder e-mails before the expiry date and issue a renewal invoice. If Auto-Renew is enabled in the client area, the invoice is created automatically; you simply need to pay it before the due date.

Expired domains remain renewable for a short grace period under the registry's rules, but your website and e-mail stop working during that time. After the grace period the domain can only be recovered for a high redemption fee or is released entirely. Domain registrations and renewals are non-refundable.

Billing & Payments

We currently accept payment by bank transfer. When your order is complete, our bank details are shown on screen and on your invoice. After paying, open Invoices > the relevant invoice in the client area and fill in the Payment Notification form; we verify the payment, mark the invoice as paid and activate your service.

You can also top up your account balance in advance and pay invoices from your balance.
Our prices are based in euros (€); use the currency selector at the top of the site to view the Turkish lira (₺) equivalent. Listed prices exclude VAT; VAT is shown separately in the cart and on your invoice.

The payment details and the amount due are stated on your invoice.
In the Invoices section of the client area you can view, print or save as PDF all your paid and outstanding invoices. You are notified by e-mail when a new invoice is issued and when its due date approaches.

Keep the details on your Profile page up to date so that your invoices show the correct company name, address and tax number.
A reminder e-mail is sent before the due date. If an invoice remains unpaid after the due date, the service is temporarily suspended within a few days and is reactivated automatically as soon as payment is received.

Services that stay suspended for more than 30 days may be permanently deleted together with all their data. To avoid losing data, please pay your invoices on time.
For shared hosting, if you request cancellation within 30 days of purchase the full amount is refunded; setup fees are excluded. Domain registrations, transfers and renewals are submitted to the registry immediately and are therefore non-refundable.

For VPS and dedicated servers no refund is given for the unused period; cancellation takes effect at the next billing period. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy page for details.
In the client area, open Services > the relevant service and use the Cancellation Request option. Choose between immediate cancellation and cancellation at the end of the current period, and state your reason. With end-of-period cancellation your service keeps running until the current term ends and no new invoice is issued.

Remember to back up your files and e-mail before cancelling; data from cancelled services cannot be recovered.
Enter your code in the Coupon Code field on the cart page and click Apply; the discount is applied to the cart total immediately. Only one coupon can be used per order.

If your code does not work, it may have expired or may not be valid for the products in your cart; feel free to contact our Sales department.
Hosting plans can be billed monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually, biennially or triennially. Quarterly billing has no discount; 6-month billing saves 5%, annual billing gives 2 months free (about 17%), 2-year billing saves 25% and 3-year billing 30%. You choose the term when ordering and can change it for later renewals in the customer area.
